Mabel: My name is MABEL OBODOZIE,am an actress, producer,a wife and a mother...am a business minded person... though in all am still building up 🤝


REPORTER: Is a great pleasure having you on babajamz hangout with the star,As an actress,how do you develop your craft?


Mabel: Like I said before,am a business minded person and producer....I pay big producers to help me in my career because giving out my body,am not in for that so I use my money and I make my money back by producing my own jobs and also help my career by myself.


 REPORTER: Wow
But is the business worth venturing into??? What are the ups and downs associated with the entertainment business??


Mabel: It worth venturing into but that is when you have the right contacts and again you need patienence because sometimes it takes DSTV station one year or more to pay for a movie....so if you don't have enough money to back up your self after shooting a movie...I advice you don't venture into it because of the time it takes before paying And most importantly if you fail to plan well you will end up loosing all your money


REPORTER: Why are some Nollywood actors broke to the point that they can't even afford to take care of their health challenges when faced with one???


Mabel: Well every one have family to spend on and other projects to face and no one saves money for future illness... though this issue of being broke is more common  with the male actors.

REPORTER: Where can your fans follow up with your movies?


 Mabel: For now you can only see my movies online, gotv and dstv but with time I will create my personal youtube channel.

REPORTER: Is there any other thing you want the world to know about you and the industry??


Mabel: Hmmm for now no maybe later because I gave g lot to share

Mabel: No one rape them...they give out their body freely in exchange for what they want(roles)...some Directors and producers will always want to do so but is left for the ladies  to decide on what to do and what not to do.
